The land for the location of the URS container is used on the basis of a lease (sublease) agreement with the owner or lease holder, or an agreement on the use of communication equipment with a specialized organisation with a license for such type of activities (radio and TV transmission centres etc.).<\/p>\n<p>The URS container is delivered to the plot of land in the assembled form.
